Yes. At MultiPass, we believe that business banking should go hand in hand with a human touch. You will have a dedicated manager during onboarding and after your account is opened. Your manager will explain the whole onboarding process, answer your questions, and support you throughout your business relationship with MultiPass whenever you will need general service-related requests.

If you choose self-service onboarding, and discover that you need support, you can contact a dedicated manager, which is free of charge. The manager will explain the process, clarify the requirements, and answer your questions while you complete the application yourself.
